WHAT TYPE OF PETS DO YOU TAKE?
We take any and all types of pets! There's no animal too big or too small to benefit from our services.
Typically, our usual customers are dog and cat owners, but if you do have other pets that you wish for us to look after, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?
As many as you need! We offer a multiple dog walk service to customers looking to have more than one dog taken care of at a time – and we offer discounts on multiple bookings.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE?
Our carers are DBS checked, NARPS registered, fully insured, and pet first aid trained, meaning that when you leave your pet with us, they're in safe hands.
DO YOU TAKE ON RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?
We're open to any and all pet services you require. Please provide any relevant information on your pets' condition and needs upon booking and we'll be sure to offer you and your pets the best service around.
WHERE WILL MY DOG BE WALKED?
We're based in Wells-Next-The-Sea, so if your dog is dropped off with us, we can walk it around our stunning local coast. Or, if you require us to come to you, we're happy to walk your dog wherever you prefer.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?
If you visit the Services page on our site, you can see a full Price List of all of the services we provide.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you have a change in circumstances and no longer require our pet services, please let us know at your earliest convenience. All we ask is that you please try to give us at least a day's notice. And don't worry, there are no penalty fees for cancellations.

WHAT DO YOU DO IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT OR EMERGENCY?
In the event of an emergency, we operate a call-first policy, ensuring that we call you on the contact number you have provided and make you aware of the situation that has developed, and depending on the seriousness of the incident, we can take your pet to the vet that you have already informed us of before you booked with us.
